Sun Java or Java may not be enabled on your web browser, causing difficulty in accessing the web. To enable Java in Internet Explorer (version 7.x), follow the process defined below:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Pull down the “Tools” menu.
  3. Select “Internet Options.”
  4. Select the “Advanced” tab on far right.
  5. Scroll down and check the box for Java (Sun).
  6. Click the “Apply” button at bottom, then the “Ok” button (if needed).
  7. System will prompt restart.
  8. Restart system. After restart Java should be working correctly.

If the Java module is not available or out of date, it may be necessary to download and install the Java module.
