Google Chrome is designed to be highly intuitive, personal, and fast while not using a large amount of CPU memory. Google Chrome includes a wide variety of features that are already built into the browser as well as many more that can be added in the form of add-ons, plug-ins, and widgets.
How to Search History on Google Chrome
Because Google Chrome is designed to be personal and user friendly, it saves all of the user’s web history and stores it in a list called History. Users can access this list by clicking the Wrench icon and selecting History. From there, users can browse their web history by date or by typing in a specific webpage title or keyword into the Search field.
How to Delete History on Google Chrome
In Google Chrome, users have several ways to delete their web history. For example, users can open the History list and either click the “X” next to each entry in order to delete that entry or click the “Remove” button next to each date listed in order to delete all entries for that day. If the user wishes to delete all of his/her web history, he/she can do so by clicking the Wrench icon, opening the Options menu, and selecting “Clear Browsing Data” under the Privacy header. From there, the user can select “Browsing History” as well as any other personalized aspects of Google Chrome that he/she would like to erase and click OK to remove them.
